Little Feet leaps into spring and summer!

Spring is the time to brush off the winter blahs and get your Little Feet moving! Recently Little Feet Fitness and Fun for Tots has undergone a change in ownership and is ready to leap into spring.

Little Feet Fitness offers a unique 3200 square foot centre that focuses on younger children between the ages of newborn to five years. It provides tots with a place that is geared directly toward them. The bright and cheerful centre also provides a place for parents and tots to meet for play dates, a cup of coffee or just a break from the daily routines of life.

The goal at Little Feet Fitness is to help children develop a positive attitude toward fitness and physical activity by allowing them to participate in fun, age-appropriate activities during these impressionable first five years. By helping children incorporate a routine of active play, Little Feet's objective is to help offset future dangers of obesity, diabetes or cardiovascular disease by getting kids to move more. Because our equipment incorporates fitness and motion, your tot's "little feet" are getting the recommended exercise, while having fun and exploring at the same time.

Little Feet's innovative and unique equipment focuses on gross motor skills to help children develop balance and co-ordination, as well as provide tactile, spatial and cognitive stimulation. All equipment is scaled for safety and is appropriate for all skill levels. Little Feet helps children develop muscular strength and endurance as well as body composition while having fun at the same time.

Our expanded party room allows for a larger space not only for parties, but also for our programs. Little Feet offers programs such as Music & Play, Beginner Hip Hop and Children's Yoga, just to name a few. Little Feet's party room is available for parties or special functions during and after business hours as well as on weekends.

Little Feet Fitness and Fun for Tots is located on the southeast corner of Boundary Road and Wentworth Road in Oshawa in the Boundary Mall and is open six days a week. Come on in and let your tot's Little Feet run and explore with us!
